Why These Matter

These concepts keep resurfacing because they're interconnected. Understanding one deepens the others. They form a mental model for thinking about opportunities, building products, and creating value.

When evaluating opportunities, projects, or strategies, I find myself asking: Where does this sit on these dimensions? What's the leverage point?
