Note to future self…
This is a follow-up post on things that give me energy. Here’s my current list of things that don’t give me energy:
- Some parts of my daily journal
- Monthly reflections could be shorter
- Counting calories
- Lifting free weights
I will try to eliminate as many of these factors as I possibly can from my life and make sure that they’re a source of energy rather than a pain. This will take time but having these things in one place should be a good start.
