Today I learned about this framework known as 2T3D. It’s a heuristic used to map out the revenue growth of businesses on their way to hitting $100M ARR.
This framework abbreviated to 2T3D or “triple, triple, double, double, double” frames the road to $100M in ARR as process where you get to $2M in revenue then triple to $6M, triple to $18M, double to $36M, double $72M and finally double to $144M.
I think this is a super useful heuristic to know of even though our focus is to first get to that initial $2M ARR milestone(:
