For a while now I’ve been thinking about the best way to have a morning and night routine that works for me. In the past I’ve tried to have an intense morning routine but it was overwhelming and not sustainable. With this in mind I’ve started trying a routine that’s boiled down to the essentials. Here it is:


5:00AM – Wake Up

5:05AM – Meditate for 10min

5:30AM – Start Workout

6:30AM – Shower

7:00AM – Walk out the door


8:00PM – Prepare for next day

8:30PM – Disconnect

9:00PM – Read for 30min

9:30PM – Go to sleep

I will see how it goes after a week and if it’s sustainable. Will report back any and all updates/progress.
