Note to future self…

Some times you just need to hit reset. Even when things go really well sometimes there’s too much going on. When it comes to habits hitting reset can be useful to help you assess what actually work and what doesn’t. By definition, adopting a habit means you do the same thing over and over again without thinking intentionally about it. This is why it’s useful to take a step back from time to time to hit that rest button. This is it.
