Anticipation Journal

Note to future self…

Another day another personal experiment. Today I want to start experimenting with an anticipation journal. Essentially it’s a list of things that I am looking forward to that I can look at when I am feeling down.

I want to see how I can incorporate this experiment with my current annual goals. I feel that both will overlap a lot. I will start experimenting and report back with any updates(:
